Step #1
Customers are required to provide us with their credit reports from the three major credit bureaus, TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. We highly recommend that all of our customers use IdentityIQ.com and sign up with their “Secure Max” plan to pull all three of your credit reports. The company is easy to use and they offer a few additional features to people with a membership.
Step # 2
After reviewing your credit reports, we will provide you with a detailed analysis of your reports. It will go over inaccuracies and any other factors impacting your credit. Then we’ll create a plan to help you with the credit restoration process. And we’ll give you step-by-step guidance on how to properly restore your credit while rebuilding your credit profile.
Step #3
Once we’ve gathered all inaccuracies and misleading information on your credit profile, we start working to correct these issues. We begin contacting credit bureaus, collectors, and creditors to challenge the questionable information. Once we begin this process, you should start receiving responses and updates within 30-40 days. You’ll be able to track these updates and your credit repair progress through our customer portal.
Step #4
When your updates and responses come in, we’ll review them for changes made to the inaccuracies we disputed. And we’ll continue to dispute the remaining inaccuracies until they’ve been properly updated on your credit profile. If an item comes back verified, we will continue to do follow-ups with the creditors and credit bureaus until we get the inaccuracies and misleading information repaired.
